Chicken Wings
Crispy chicken wings with a delicious blend of tang, sweetness, and heat, tossed in a spicy chili garlic sauce. Asian-style spicy chicken wings with a house sauce, made famous by House of Wok.
Ingredients

2tablespoonsoy sauce
1tablespoonoyster sauce
1tablespoonhoney
2clovesgarlic
1teaspoonginger
1/2 teaspoon of spice powder
1/4teaspoonsalt
1Pinchblack pepper
3tablespoonvegetable oil
2tablespoonsriracha sauce
1tablespoonsoy sauce
1tablespoonrice vinegar
1tablespoonhoney
1clovegarlic
1/2teaspoonginger
1/4teaspoonsesame oil
1Pinchchilli flakes
How to Prepare Chilli Garlic Sauce for Phar Phar Chicken Wings
First Step
To make the chicken wing marinade, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, Chinese five-spice powder, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
Step Two
Toss the chicken wings in the marinade-filled bowl to ensure an even coating. Give them a few minutes to marinate while you make the garlic and chili sauce.
Step Three
To make the chili garlic sauce, combine the rice vinegar, honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil (if using), and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Put aside.
Step Four
In a skillet or frying pan, warm the vegetable oil over medium heat. Reserving any leftover marinade, carefully add the marinated chicken wings to the pan once the oil is hot.
Step Five
The chicken wings should be cooked through and golden brown after about 5 minutes on each side. Flip them occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Step Six
Spoon the reserved marinade into a small saucepan and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly while the chicken wings are cooking. This will be applied to the wings as a glaze.
Step Seven
After the chicken wings are done, take them out of the pan and put them on a plate covered with paper towels to absorb extra oil. Evenly coat the cooked wings by brushing them with the glaze.
Step Eight
If desired, top the hot Phar Phar Chicken Wings with Chili Garlic Sauce and sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
