The Hilton Jaipur Has Hired Mohkam Singh as Its New Executive Chef
With great pleasure, the Hilton Jaipur announces the appointment of Mohkam Singh as its new Executive Chef. With a wealth of knowledge and a distinguished career in the culinary arts, Mohkam is poised to improve the Hilton Jaipur dining experience by introducing cutting-edge tastes and superb quality to the hotel’s well-known culinary offerings.
Mohkam was previously the Senior Executive Chef at the Radisson Jaipur City Center and Hotel Sarina Dhaka. He played a key role in managing kitchen operations, creating sophisticated and varied menus, and guaranteeing the best possible food quality and presentation in these capacities.
Before working at the Radisson Jaipur City Center, Mohkam was the Assistant Executive Chef at the Hotel Clarks Amer in Jaipur. There, he managed the kitchen crew, created new dishes, and kept everything running smoothly. This was where he demonstrated his leadership and cheffing abilities.
During his distinguished career, he also worked for a considerable amount of time as the Executive Chef at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group in Khajuraho. Here, Mohkam demonstrated his ability to manage large-scale kitchen operations, curate exquisite dining experiences, and uphold the group’s reputation for culinary excellence.
Mohkam worked as a Senior Sous Chef at DLF Golf Resorts Ltd. in Gurugram and Hotel Four Points by Sheraton in New Delhi, contributing to their respective culinary triumphs. Menu planning, employee training, and upholding strict standards of food safety and cleanliness were all part of his responsibilities.
As the Sous Chef De Cuisine at One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai, Mohkam’s international experience gave his culinary repertoire a more diverse international flair. In a competitive setting, his ability to combine diverse culinary traditions and inventive cooking methods made him a standout chef.
Mohkam developed a strong foundation in the culinary arts, honing his skills and discovering the nuances of fine dining and hospitality, beginning his career as a Junior Sous Chef at the Aman Hotel in New Delhi and as a Chef De Partie at The Oberoi Amarvilas in Agra.
Mohkam Singh is a graduate of the University of Rajasthan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Economics, and English. He also completed his senior secondary education with the Rajasthan Board Ajmer and obtained a diploma in food preparation/professional cooking/kitchen assistant from the Food Craft Institute in Udaipur.
