As he assumes this new role, Surya will be instrumental in developing the resort’s internal and external sales and marketing strategies and in enhancing its reputation. His duties include fostering current customer loyalty and increasing revenue through efficient sales strategies.
Having worked in hotel operations and sales for more than ten years, Surya started his career in the hospitality industry in 2015 with AlilaHotels, Goa. Working with prestigious hospitality and event management companies like ITC, Radisson, and Cvent since then, he has honed his talents.
Driven by a strong love for the hospitality sector, Surya has shown a friendly yet analytical approach to his roles throughout his career. He is eager to use his experience to further his career success and is steadfast in his commitment to conquering obstacles.
