In his career, Chef Vaneet Wadhera has held a variety of positions, demonstrating his adaptability and leadership in the hospitality sector. These positions include Chef, Director of Food & Beverages, General Manager at RAAS Hotel, Rajmahal Palace, Jaipur, Mentor, and Advisor. His travels have taken him all over the world, where he has worked with world-class chefs like Claude Bosi, Jason Black, Shaun Kenworthy, Abdul Ali, Manish Mehrotra, and Christian Garcia to hone his craft in famous kitchens like Indian Accent, Bibendum, Babek, and Maroush, among others.
