Daniel Burger has been appointed Executive Chef at The Langham, Boston, the hotel announced today. Dan will be in charge of banqueting, Private Kitchen, and the hotel’s two eateries, Grana and The Fed, as well as the culinary team at The Langham, Boston.
A native of New England, Dan Burger started his culinary career in Boston at the renowned L’espalier and Radius restaurants. This led to him advancing into elite positions at major players in the hospitality industry, such as Mandarin Oriental, Wynn Resorts, and Four Seasons.
Dan has a strong foundation in both artistry and precision, which are essential for culinary excellence, thanks to his education at Orlando Culinary Academy, which is accredited by Le Cordon Bleu. His background includes banqueting as well as restaurant settings, which highlights his adaptability and capacity to provide outstanding dining experiences in a variety of settings.
Dan’s approach to cooking is centered on never-ending learning and unrestricted creativity.
