Chef Rathour’s culinary career is highlighted by his previous role as Executive Chef at The Yellow Chilli in Johns Creek, Georgia, where his commitment to creativity and quality led to the introduction of innovative dishes that garnered widespread acclaim. His ability to uphold the highest standards of culinary excellence solidified the restaurant’s success and reputation. Prior to this, Chef Rathour served as Culinary Manager at Mehfil Restaurant in Asheville, North Carolina, where he led the charge in menu innovation, quality control, and ensuring strict hygiene protocols in daily operations.
Chef Rathour’s illustrious career includes esteemed roles at several five-star hotels in New Delhi, including The Lalit Hotel, Radisson Hotel, Claridges, and Crown Plaza. His experience extends beyond India, with international recognition in events hosted by prestigious embassies such as Britain, the United States, and Germany. Chef Rathour’s participation in these global events has positioned him as a true ambassador of Indian cuisine, showcasing his ability to blend tradition with modern culinary techniques.
