Roshan Kumar Jha Promoted at Pride Hotels Group as the corporate assistant to the talent and culture manager.
Recently, Pride Hotels Group’s Pune Corporate Office hired Roshan Kumar Jha as its Assistant Talent & Culture Manager-Corporate. In this new position, he will be in charge of directing employee engagement programs throughout the organization, improving workplace culture, and managing corporate talent strategies.
Roshan held the position of Senior Talent & Culture Executive – Corporate at The Pride Hotels prior to his current appointment. In this role, he oversaw employee relations, developed talent development initiatives, and contributed to the organization’s overall HR strategy.
Roshan previously held positions as an HR Executive (HOD) at KBG Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. in Kolkata, a Human Resources Officer at The Park Hotels in Kolkata, and an Associate in HR & Training at ITC Hotels in Kolkata. In each role, he oversaw HR operations and initiatives to promote employee development. These positions preceded his employment at The Pride Hotels.
During his internship at Mumbai’s Ramada Powai Hotel & Convention Centre, he began his career as a front desk assistant and subsequently transitioned into the role of human resources associate. He gained a solid foundation in customer service and HR procedures from these early positions.
He graduated from Calcutta University in Kolkata with a bachelor’s degree in commerce, with a focus on accounting and finance. Additionally, he graduated from Seacom University with a Master of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management and ASEAN Online Education with a Diploma in Human Resources Management.
Roshan has a solid educational background and a wealth of experience in human resources, which makes him well-suited to build a vibrant and upbeat corporate culture and support Pride Hotels Group’s expansion.
