The Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita has appointed Martin Dell as General Manager.
Martin Dell, who is thrilled about his new position as general manager of Four Seasons Resort Mauritius, says, “Being a hotelier is a way of life.” Martin enrolled in a hotel school at the Grand Hotel Pupp in the Czech Republic to start his career in the hospitality sector. After graduating from the prestigious William Blue Hospitality School in Australia with a Bachelor of Business and Hotel Management, he set out on a 21-year career in the hospitality sector, accumulating a wealth of knowledge and priceless experiences around the world.
Martin has been connected to a number of esteemed restaurants and bars in Sydney, Doha, Hong Kong, Singapore, Jordan, and Maui. In 2014, his leadership and hard work led to him being promoted to Hotel Manager at the Four Seasons Regent Singapore, where he had previously worked as Director of Food and Beverage. In February 2020, he made a comeback to the Czech Republic, where he joined Four Seasons Prague as the country’s first general manager. He remembers, “It was an honor to take on this role, and it was the ideal chance for my family to get back in touch with their roots.”
