Kimberly Jensen promoted to General Manager at Hilton Boise’s Homewood Suites

McNeill Hotel Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Kimberly Jensen to the position of General Manager at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Boise, Idaho. MHC President Travis Murray made the official announcement today.
Kimberly, an Oregonian by birth, brings to her new position more than twenty years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry. She is an ideal candidate for this promotion because she has continuously shown great leadership abilities and a strong dedication to providing excellent customer service. Throughout her career, Kimberly has risen through a number of positions, all of which highlight her depth of knowledge and commitment to the industry.
Kimberly most recently worked at the Hilton Garden Inn in Twin Falls, Idaho, as the assistant general manager. She was recognized during her tenure for her exceptional leadership and her capacity to cultivate a high degree of service quality, both of which made a substantial contribution to the hotel’s success.
Kimberly has worked for the Hilton family of brands for a significant portion of her career, having held positions at DoubleTree, Hampton Inn & Suites, Tru by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, and Homewood Suites. Her vast experience has given her a thorough understanding of the standards and values of the brand, making her well-suited to lead the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Boise.
Reporting directly to MHC Regional Director of Operations Sargis Mnatsakanyan, Kimberly will oversee all operations at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Boise in her new position as General Manager. Her track record of accomplishments and breadth of experience across the Hilton portfolio are anticipated to fuel the Boise property’s ongoing success and provide outstanding service.
