The largest hospitality company in India, Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), announced today the signing of a Taj-branded resort in Kollam, Kerala. The resort was built on a brownfield site.

Situated on an expansive 13-acre plot near the picturesque Thirumullavaram Beach, the resort offers close to 600 feet of immaculate beachfront. Each of the 205 rooms in this hotel will have an amazing view of the Arabian Sea. A comprehensive range of facilities will be offered by the resort, such as a chic bar, a rejuvenating spa, an inviting swimming pool, a speciality vegetarian restaurant, an all-day diner, and a fully equipped gym. It is the ideal location for social and business events, offering over 20,000 square feet of flexible banqueting space and large lawns.
