Prior to joining Grand Mercure Bangalore, he served as the Director of Guest Services at ibis Chennai City Centre, where he managed Rooms and Food & Beverage operations. His tenure also included heading operations, demonstrating his exceptional leadership capabilities. Zenith has been recognized with accolades such as Manager of the Year 2022 and the Best Personality Award (Rooms) on International Hospitality Day 2023, underscoring his commitment to guest satisfaction and service innovation. Zenith’s academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in maritime hospitality studies from RL Institutes, Madurai, complemented by certifications in bartending and maritime safety.
