Wayne Androliakos, an accomplished hospitality professional, is being promoted to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Hotel Co 51 (hotelco51.com). Wayne Androliakos succeeded Tobias Linder, who remains with the Vastint Group as the new Head of Asset Management for Vastint Holding B.V., as CEO on June 1st.
Wayne brings his proven track record of elevating high-achieving teams to the top position and over 25 years of practical experience in the hospitality industry. Wayne has proven his dedication to increasing guest satisfaction since joining Hotel Co 51 as the UK Regional Director of Operations in the summer of 2022 by raising feedback ratings across the 17 Marriott-branded properties in the UK. This entails raising the intent to recommend by 14.4%, staff service by 12.7%, and food and beverage scores by 18.1%.
Wayne led the worldwide operations for Generator and Freehand Hotels before joining Hotel Co 51. He also worked for 14 years at Cycas Hospitality, where he was instrumental in the company’s European expansion. Wayne is enthusiastic about nurturing talent from within, having worked his way up from General Manager of Cycas’s first hotel to Chief Operating Officer for its European portfolio.
Strengthening Hotel Co 51’s sustainable credentials, the company is expected to achieve Green Key certification for all of its European hotels by the end of 2024 under Wayne’s leadership.
