Since starting her work at Marriott in 1991, Santoni has occupied a number of significant roles. Among them are General Manager of Marriott Village at Lake Buena Vista in Orlando and Leader of the Global Sales Organization for Mexico and the Caribbean. As Area Vice President for Mexico, she has been instrumental over the past seven years in driving significant growth in the largest market in the Caribbean and Latin America and leading the opening of several iconic hotels in the area.
