With more than eighteen years of experience in the hospitality sector, Srinivas has worked for well-known companies like Marriott, Hilton, and IHG. He started his career in 2006 at Courtyard by Marriott, where he advanced fast through the ranks and learned vital skills in team leadership, pre-opening operations, and guest service.

Throughout his career, he remained committed to quality. He was essential in the department’s setup, the creation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and the team’s training at Hilton Chennai. His experience working at DoubleTree by Hilton and Garden Inn, where he successfully implemented strategies to increase revenue, improve the guest experience, and cultivate a positive team environment, further solidified his operational acumen.

When Srinivas Adiga joined Crowne Plaza Bengaluru in 2016, his leadership brought about a number of noteworthy successes. These included the Club Lounge’s introduction of elite guest services, a 97% audit score that exceeded brand expectations, and an amazing 88% profitability for the Room Division.

He has consistently shown his dedication to the Oterra brand. In 2018, he received a promotion to Executive Assistant Manager after the brand conversion. He oversaw the creation of a guest and business partner loyalty program, put in place a platform for guest experience management, and played a key role in assisting the hotel in its post-pandemic recovery. Under his direction, TripAdvisor’s ranking shot up from 10th to 3rd place, and profitability increased from 40% to 50%.
