Sheraton Grand Pune appoints Rajinder Sareen as its new Executive Chef
Rajinder Sareen is appointed as the new Executive Chef of Sheraton Grand Pune. Over the course of her more than 20-year career, Chef Sareen has worked in some of the most renowned hotels and restaurants in the world.
He has trained under renowned Michelin-starred chefs such as Atul Kochar, Eric Chavot, Albert Roux, and Michel Roux Jr. during his culinary adventure. His extraordinary proficiency in French, Italian, Mediterranean, and Indian cuisines is a result of this priceless experience. He is very knowledgeable about menu planning, creative presentation methods, and wine and food pairing.
Chef Sareen has held important positions in prestigious establishments like the Sheraton Grand Bangalore, Hilton Chennai, Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa, Leela Palace Bangalore, and Taj Lands End Mumbai throughout his illustrious career. His knowledge of multi-outlet hotel management is extensive.
The honors Chef Sareen has received attest to his commitment to culinary perfection. Bene, the Italian restaurant at the Sheraton Grand Bangalore, won the Times Food & Nightlife Awards’ “Best Italian Restaurant in Bangalore” under his direction. Furthermore, the establishment received recognition from the South Asia Travel Awards as “South Asia’s Leading Business Hotel—Gold.”
