Designed with interiors by Elie Saab, the project, named Samana Ocean Views, is located a 20-minute speedboat ride from Hanimaadhoo Airport or a 45-minute seaplane journey from Malé. Completion is expected in 2029.

Samana Ocean Views will offer a range of amenities, including a spa and wellness centre, various dining options such as Arabic and Japanese restaurants, underwater experiences through a dive centre, and water-sports facilities. Additional features include multiple swimming pools, a fitness centre, and family-friendly entertainment options. Sustainability is a central aspect of the project, with coral restoration initiatives incorporated into its design.

Imran Farooq, CEO of Samana Developers, stated that the company’s deep understanding of Dubai’s economic landscape has elevated it to become the city’s seventh-largest developer. He noted that this expertise is reflected in Samana Ocean Views, creating a destination where luxury, design, and natural beauty converge.

Elie Saab Jr., CEO of Elie Saab Group, described the project as a significant step in the company’s global expansion into exclusive destinations. He highlighted the Maldives as a key addition to the group’s growing portfolio of remarkable developments in strategic locations worldwide.
