Riya sharma takes on a leadership role at jll india in the role of corporate - customer relationship manager, property & asset management (north zone)Most recently, Riya Sharma joined JLL India as the Corporate-C Customer Relationship Manager, Property & Asset Management (North Zone). Riya is equipped to succeed in her new role thanks to her wealth of experience in customer relationship management and the hospitality sector.

 

 

Riya was the Head of Hospitality at M3M India Private Limited in Gurugram prior to joining JLL India. In this capacity, her duties included managing operations efficiently, guaranteeing great guest experiences, and supervising hospitality services.

 

Before joining M3M India, Riya worked at ITC Hotels in a variety of capacities. She began as a management trainee and worked her way up to assistant manager, banquet manager, and assistant food and beverage manager. She was able to obtain extensive experience in banquet management, food and beverage operations, and general hospitality management through these roles.

 

Riya started her career as an industrial trainee at The Oberoi in New Delhi, where she gained experience and knowledge in the fundamentals of hospitality.

She graduated from IHM Pusa with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality administration/management, giving her a solid academic foundation to go along with her real-world experience. Riya obtained her Certificate of Primary Education from Couvent de Lorette in Mauritius and finished her high school studies in the humanities at The Khaitan School.

In her new position at JLL India, Riya Sharma plans to improve property and asset management services throughout the North Zone by utilizing her broad experience and proficiency in the hospitality and CRM industries.
