With the deadline to file nominations for the Maharashtra Meeting election only a day away, eager scrutiny of the affidavits filed by the candidates until October 25, Bharatiya Janata Get together’s Malabar Hill nominee Mangal Prabhat Lodha has emerged because the richest candidate.
Based on his ballot affidavit, Lodha has a complete property value ₹447 crore, towards ₹441.65 crore in 2019, a rise of just one.21 per cent. His immovable property is of the order of ₹218 crore and movable property of ₹228 crore.
Maharashtra Meeting Speaker and celebration nominee from Colaba seat Rahul Narwekar has emerged because the third richest with a complete property of ₹129.80 crore.
Then again, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, who’s contesting from Nagpur South West for the sixth time period, is the seventh richest candidate.

Maharashtra Meeting Elections
The Maharashtra Meeting elections are scheduled for November 20, with counting for all 288 constituencies set for November 23.
Within the 2019 meeting elections, the BJP gained 105 seats, the Shiv Sena 56, and the Congress 44. In 2014, the BJP secured 122 seats, the Shiv Sena 63, and the Congress 42.
