Goodwin, who started working at the resort in 2011, held the position of Director of Sales, Conference Services and Catering most recently. Previously, he held the positions of Senior Sales Manager and Director of Group Sales.

Throughout her career, Goodwin has worked at several Hilton Head Island establishments, including Hilton Savannah DeSoto, Hilton Oceanfront Resort & Spa, Heritage Golf Group, and Crowne Plaza Hilton Head Island Beach Resort.
