Narayan Tharoor will oversee strategy and provide operational direction to Courtyard by Marriott and Port Muziris, Kochi Airport Hotel, in his role as Cluster General Manager. Maintaining the highest standards of service, improving guest satisfaction, and increasing operational efficiency across both properties will be his main priorities.

Narayan Tharoor was the General Manager of the Holiday Inn Zirakpur before joining Courtyard by Marriott and Port Muziris, Kochi Airport Hotel. In that role, he showed off his leadership abilities and made a major contribution to the hotel’s success. He has held a number of executive roles with top hotel chains during his career, continuously delivering outstanding outcomes in terms of guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
