Sagamore Pendry Baltimore is pleased to announce the appointment of Chef Michael Grande as its new Executive Chef. With over 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Grande will bring his passion and innovative approach to the hotel’s culinary programs including Rec Pier Chop House and The Cannon Room.

A native of Stony Brook, New York, Chef Grande’s culinary journey began in his family kitchen, learning treasured recipes from his mother and grandmother. He honed his craft at Southern New Hampshire University, where he earned degrees in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Administration. Chef Grande has led the culinary teams at properties, including Grand Hyatt Washington D.C., Hyatt Regency Gainey Ranch in Scottsdale, and, most recently, as Executive Chef at Four Seasons Seattle and Hilton Motif Seattle.
