Megha Shaw, who recently started working as the assistant front office manager at Four Points by Sheraton in Navi Mumbai, has a wealth of experience. She was in charge of making sure that every guest had an amazing experience while working as the Guest Experience Manager at the Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and the Hyderabad International Convention Centre.
Megha has a solid background in operations management and customer service from her time as the center manager at Awfis Space Solutions Private Limited in Hyderabad. She also worked at The Westin Hyderabad Mindpsace as the Guest Experience Manager, where she refined her abilities to provide exceptional guest experiences.
