Position: Sales Manager, Regional Sales Office (Delhi-Based)
About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales efforts for Marriott Bonvoy in the Delhi region. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your strategic thinking and proactive approach will contribute to the continued success and growth of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Provide exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales campaigns
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry
strong understanding of the Delhi market and regional business dynamics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
