Chef Shivneet Pohoja has returned to ITC Maurya as the new Executive Chef.

 

With over two decades of service in ITC Hotels, handling the portfolio comprising food and beverages, which includes the highly acclaimed restaurants and services in banqueting, Chef Pohoja has all the credential and professional commitment required to take food palaces to an unimaginable higher level.

Shivneet did his Hospitality Management from ITC Bangalore and has experience of working at various dining ventures across India, including Yi Jing, Pavilion, Ottimo at West View and Peshawri. He is an expert in Indian cuisine that focuses on the healthy and green category, that includes farm-to-fork and plant-based diets.

Working at ITC Maurya New Delhi as executive chef, Shivneet will be managing a team responsible for creating exceptional meals, incorporating regional traditions of cooking along with international trends in every dining concept for the guests and elevating the luxury dining realm of the city. We are delighted to announce that Chef Shivneet Pohoja is back with us in ITC Maurya Hospitality again.
