Sabrina Dey appointed new General Manager at ITC Windsor Bengaluru
After completing OCLD in 2008, Sabrina started working for Oberoi Hotels. She was an Executive Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage at The Oberoi Mumbai, Trident Nariman Point, The Oberoi Amarvilas, and The Oberoi Grand Kolkata, among other Oberoi properties. She moved into general management in 2018 when she was appointed Director of Operations at the JW Marriott Kolkata, and then Hotel Manager at the JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort and Spa.
Following nearly twenty years of professional experience, Sabrina will oversee a broad range of duties, such as strategic planning, financial and operational metrics optimization, and upholding the high standards of guest service associated with the ITC Hotels brand. She is well-known for implementing tactics that promote company expansion, guarantee compliance with security, health, safety, and environmental regulations, participate in creative ideation, intelligently distribute resources to optimize earnings, and create memorable brand experiences.
With their authentic and distinctive dining experiences that combine flavors from around the world, ITC Hotels are renowned for their culinary brilliance. ITC Hotels, dedicated to Responsible Luxury, will leverage Sabrina’s vast F&B experience to further elevate its culinary legacy and brand positioning.
As she assumes her new position, Sabrina Dey will oversee the first hotel to receive a LEED Zero Carbon certification and will motivate the ITC Windsor’s dynamic luxury team to craft eco-friendly guest experiences.
Sabrina has received numerous awards from the industry, including the FLO GR8 Award for Bravery for her actions during the 26/11 terror attack on The Oberoi Mumbai, and the BW Hotel Manager (East Zone) and BW Hotelier F&B Manager (East Zone).
At heart, Sabrina is an explorer who loves to travel. She is a voracious reader and loves trying out new restaurants in her free time.
