Hilton has promoted Ross Clark to Director of Operations at The Caledonian Edinburgh, Curio Collection.
Ross Clark has been appointed as Director of Operations at The Caledonian Edinburgh, where he will oversee hotel operations and projects. This announcement was made today. He brings more than 20 years of industry experience and a wealth of hospitality knowledge to the position.
With the news that the renowned hotel will receive an investment of more than £35 million, Clark will be instrumental in spearheading the hotel’s makeover.
After starting as the Caledonian’s food and beverage manager in 2016, Clark most recently held the position of director of food and beverage. During his tenure, he has led several successful initiatives, and in 2023, he was recognized with the Hotel Cateys Awards’ F&B Manager of the Year title.
In addition to spearheading the hotel’s transformation, Clark will oversee operations and act as an advocate for the ESG policy. His top goal is to keep The Caledonian Edinburgh operating at the highest level possible, with an emphasis on profitability, team morale, and guest satisfaction. The hotel is honored to have received the Forbes Accreditation for providing opulent client care.
