Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel and Residences welcomes Hong Kong’s Chef Chan Chi Man Edmond

Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel and Residences is excited to host an exclusive culinary pop-up at its renowned China House Restaurant, featuring Chef Chan Chi Man Edmond from Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. This pop-up will take place from December 20 to 25, 2024 during lunch hours from 12:30pm to 3:00pm and dinner from 7:00pm to 12:00am, offering guests an immersive culinary experience of authentic Cantonese cuisine curated by one of the finest chefs in the business.

This limited offering at the China House Restaurant provides the guests the opportunity to experience a curated menu that blends classical flavours with modern twists This pop-up is a rare chance for Mumbai’s food lovers to savor the rich, authentic tastes of Hong Kong, brought to life by Chef Edmond’s innovative approach to Cantonese cuisine. This exclusively designed menu comprises of One Harbour Road at Grand Hyatt Hongkong’s signature dishes like  Wok-Fried Prawns with Spicy Crab Roe Sauce, Steamed Giant Garoupa Fillet with Cordyceps Flowers, Sichuan Peppercorn and Soya Sauce, Crispy Loong Kong Chicken and Signature Fried Rice with Scallops, Barbecued Pork, Beetroot, Green Beans, Egg and Preserved Vegetables.
