The executive chef position at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road has been filled by Chef Lokesh Ekambaram.
Chef Lokesh will oversee all hotel culinary operations in his new role. He also wants to expand the menu by bringing in fresh ideas for outdoor catering and creating seasonal themes all year long.

I can use my creativity to create new meals by experimenting with tastes and modifying recipes as a chef. The work is intriguing and dynamic because of the continual change and the opportunity to engage with individuals from diverse cultures.
With over 19 years of experience, Chef Lokesh started his career in 2006 as a Commi at The Oberoi Bangalore, where he specialized in European and Arabic cuisines. His vast experience in prestigious locations like The Oberoi, Taj Exotica Resort and Spa, The Leela Palace, and Marriott International has helped him hone his abilities and knowledge. Before coming to DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, he worked for Hilton Chennai for more than two years. His love of pushing the frontiers of cuisine has brought him on worldwide travels to places like the Maldives, where he developed his skill, learned about various culinary cultures, and broadened his repertory.

From the SRM Institute of Hotel Management in Chennai, Chef Lokesh Ekambaram graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management. He started out in the cold kitchen and worked his way up to the hot kitchen, where he focused on beautiful plating. His knowledge of cooking has grown over time to encompass Indian, Japanese, Arabic, and fundamental Asian cuisines.
