At Skyline International Tourism & Hospitality Ltd. in Nigeria, Dhum Singh recently assumed the position of Executive Chef. Dhum, who is bringing a wealth of culinary experience to his new role, will oversee the kitchen’s operations and put an emphasis on producing inventive, superior cuisine.

Dhum worked as the Head Chef at Bombay Lounge Ltd. in Bogota, Colombia, prior to joining Skyline International. There, he played a key role in creating menus that highlighted a variety of flavors and cooking methods.

Throughout his long career, Dhum has held important positions in the hospitality sector. He was the Executive Chef at Pride Hotels Group and Sarovar Hotels & Resorts in Gujarat, where he managed culinary operations and ensured exceptional dining experiences for guests. As a senior sous chef, Dhum honed his skills at Lemon Tree Hotels in Delhi and ITC Hotels in Tirupati, overseeing kitchen staff and maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.

Along the way, he held positions as a Chef De Partie at Parkland Group of Hotels in New Delhi and Sous Chef at Hotel Chirag Residency in New Delhi, where he received invaluable experience in a variety of culinary tasks.

Dhum Singh graduated from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry and Horticulture and a Post Graduate Diploma in Restaurant Operation and Catering Management. His education in the science stream at Govt. Inter College Srinagar Garhwal, Uttarakhand, rounds out his academic background.
