Deepak’s journey in the hospitality industry is marked by his proven ability to uphold exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction in luxury hotels. His previous role as Executive Housekeeper at Heritage Village Resorts, Gurugram, and The Hans Hotel, New Delhi (formerly Taj), showcased his skill in managing housekeeping teams and ensuring immaculate standards and outstanding guest experiences.
Deepak’s international experience further underscores his capability. He served as Executive Housekeeper at Radisson Hotel Group in St. George’s, Grenada, and The Best Western Plus Doha. Additionally, at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Gurugram, he was responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations and maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness.
Before rising to executive roles, Deepak honed his skills as the Deputy Housekeeper at Royal Orchid Hotels, Gurugram. His career began as a guest service officer at Taj Hotels, Resorts, and Palaces, where he developed a strong foundation in guest relations and service excellence.
A significant milestone in Deepak’s career was his tenure at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts as a senior housekeeping assistant (Certified Departmental Trainer, S.D.P.). In this role, he not only maintained housekeeping standards but also trained and developed the housekeeping staff, showcasing his commitment to excellence and mentorship.
Deepak Badoni holds a degree from Hemwati Nandan Bahugana Garhwal University, providing a solid educational foundation for his career in hospitality management.
