Chef Terry, who is from Antigua and Barbuda, combines a love of authenticity with a plethora of culinary knowledge. Chef Christopher has over 15 years of experience working in the Caribbean, the UK, and the USA. He has held prominent positions at upscale establishments like Aman, Rosewood Resorts, and Sandals Resorts. He has won recognition for his skill, including the Young Chef of the Year title from the Antigua Hotel and Tourism Association and the Artisan Award from the Antigua & Barbuda National Youth Awards.
Chef Christopher’s approach to cooking places a strong emphasis on using premium, regional ingredients to make simple dishes that highlight authentic flavors. This philosophy perfectly complements The Nautilus’s dedication to offering outstanding and genuine dining experiences.
Under his direction, patrons of The Nautilus can expect to savor a variety of culinary experiences, such as Thyme’s global flavors, Ocaso’s fusion of Japanese and Latin American cuisine, and Zeytoun’s Mediterranean-inspired fare.
