Acquaviva, an upscale Italian bathroom accessory brand in India, has announced that Bantwal Ramesh Baliga has been named CEO of the company. Mr. Baliga has an impressive track record in the industry and a wealth of experience as a post-graduate in mechanical engineering.
Having worked in the building materials industry for more than 37 years, Baliga has held prestigious positions at Steel Age Industries-Minimax, Jaquar & Co. Ltd, Villeroy & Boch, and Watertec. His broad knowledge includes manufacturing plant setup, finance, IT, human resources, sales and marketing, design, and research and development.
Three completely automated plants that adhere to Industry 4.0 standards were designed and implemented with significant assistance from Baliga. His in-depth knowledge of the markets in the MENA, SAARC, and Indian states has been essential to building strong alliances and growing company footprints.
