A basic cooking class in college set the spark for Biswajit’s lifelong passion for the culinary arts. His skills developed while working at Hyatt Place and Courtyard by Marriott, where he learned the art of Italian cooking from world-class chefs.
Biswajit has held a number of important roles over his career, including Sous Chef and Commis Chef, constantly going above and beyond expectations with his commitment to excellence and innovation. His leadership has been characterized by an unwavering commitment to culinary excellence and a meticulous attention to detail, both of which are signs of his relentless pursuit of perfection.
In his role as Belgadia Palace’s executive chef, Biswajit is well-positioned to take our dining experience to new levels.
