Ascent on Main Rebrands as The Parker Hotel in Parker, Colorado
Springboard Hospitality, the leading hospitality management company with 48 independent hotels in metropolitan and leisure destination markets across 14 states, today announced the rebranding of its Ascent on Main boutique property, now known as The Parker Hotel, a repositioning effort spearheaded by owners Eagle Point Hotel Partners and hotel branding agency Longitude.

In addition to new signage and branding elements, the Upper Deck sports bar—downtown Parker’s only rooftop space—will be converted into a private event venue to accommodate group demand, events, and weddings; its signature dinner restaurant, The Douglas Kitchen and Cocktails, will remain for the time being and will undergo renovation and concept refresh in the fall.
The 1,000-square-foot Roosevelt room adjacent to the lobby and the 1,000-square-foot Summit room on the fourth level, both with high views of the Front Range, provide additional event space. The Parker also houses Victoria Marie Jewelers (a full-service, luxury, custom-made jewelry store and art gallery), Leffy’s Cigar Emporium (with more than 2,000 quality cigars to pick from), the award-winning Doug’s Diner,
