Anuj Singh has recently taken on the role of Assistant Food & Beverage Manager (HOD) at Unique Resort & Lifestyle in Valsad, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set in the hospitality industry. With an extensive background in food and beverage operations, banquet management, and team leadership, Anuj is well-equipped to make a significant impact in his new role.
Before joining Unique Resort & Lifestyle, Anuj held several prominent positions in major hospitality brands, including Marriott International in Ahmedabad, Hilton Hotels & Resorts in Pune, and IHG Hotels & Resorts in Pune. As Banquet Manager at these establishments, Anuj demonstrated exceptional skill in orchestrating events and optimizing banquet services to meet the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction. His expertise in managing large-scale events and ensuring smooth operations has been a key factor in his success throughout his career.
In addition to his work with major international hotel chains, Anuj also served as the Food & Beverage Operations Manager at Shashijit Infraproject Limited in Vapi, where he managed a diverse range of operations and coordinated with various teams to deliver top-tier service. Prior to that, he held the position of Assistant Food & Beverage Manager (HOD) at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts in Bengaluru, where he was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality service, and leading his team to achieve operational excellence.
Anuj’s career also includes key roles such as Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage at Avadh Utopia in Surat and Assistant Restaurant Manager at Orange Megastructure LLP in Surat. These positions helped him develop expertise in restaurant management, food quality control, and customer service, further cementing his reputation as a highly capable leader in the hospitality field. Early in his career, Anuj gained valuable experience working as Team Leader at Golden Tulip Hotels, Suites & Resorts in Mumbai and The O Hotel in Pune, as well as Team Captain at The Fern in Ahmedabad. These roles provided him with hands-on experience in managing teams, delivering high standards of service, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Anuj’s professional journey began with solid training in the fundamentals of hotel operations. He completed Hotel Operational Training at The Pride Hotels in Ahmedabad, followed by Industrial Training at Sayaji Hotels Ltd. in Pune. These early experiences laid the foundation for his deep understanding of the hospitality industry and helped shape his approach to leadership and service excellence.
Anuj holds a diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management and Food & Beverage from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI), which provided him with a strong academic foundation in the field. He also holds an International Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from the London Academy of Professional Training, further enriching his knowledge and providing him with a global perspective on hospitality management.
