The Park Hyatt Hyderabad’s Executive Sous Chef is now Anil Jaisawal.
With more than 17 years of experience in the culinary arts, Chef Anil approaches his work with a goal-driven, guest-focused mindset and a wealth of knowledge from upscale hotels and resorts around the world.
Prior to joining Park Hyatt Hyderabad, Chef Anil was the Chef de Cuisine at Al Messila, Doha, a Marriott Luxury Collection resort. His attention to detail, people, and profit made a big difference in the restaurant’s culinary success. His career in the culinary arts is distinguished by notable accomplishments and a commitment to perfection.
He has held prominent roles at well-known establishments like Beach Rotana in Abu Dhabi, The Residence Maldives, Falhumaafushi, The Imperial in New Delhi, and Aquarium Restaurant at Yas Marina in Abu Dhabi, among others.
Chef Anil has proven to be an excellent leader with a sharp sense of detail. In his previous roles, he oversaw personnel in food production and menu planning, guaranteeing smooth operations and culinary excellence. This demonstrated his ability to inspire and lead teams.
Among Chef Anil’s noteworthy achievements are the triumphant reopening of Finz, a seafood restaurant, bar, and lounge; collaborating with Michelin Star chefs for special events; and helping The Westin Gurgaon open successfully. Apart from his career accomplishments, Chef Anil has received recognition for his contributions to the culinary industry.
